Early-access service

Hourline is free during early access, with paid plans introduced later. No subscription fee is currently charged. Any future paid service will present its price, taxes and additional terms before you choose it; using the current free service does not automatically enroll you in a paid plan.

Your account and data

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You retain ownership of the business content you enter. You permit Hourline to process that content only as needed to provide, secure and maintain the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter client, employee or other third-party data and for reviewing invoices before issuing or relying on them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Hourline to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, evade access controls, send unsolicited communications or upload content you are not authorized to process.

Availability and changes

Early-access features may change as the product develops. We aim to provide a secure and useful service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that generated information will satisfy every accounting, tax or legal requirement. You remain responsible for professional and legal review appropriate to your business.

Ending use

You may stop using Hourline at any time and request account deletion through the contact form. We may restrict or close accounts used unlawfully, abusively or in a way that threatens the service or other users. Because the current service is free, there is no subscription cancellation or refund process.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Mandatory rights that apply to you under other applicable law remain unaffected.
